Meets the highest demands for hygienic processing. Suitable for applications with sticky products, products with high content of solids or applications requiring "close to aseptic conditions"  Actuator with seat lift integrated. During the cleaning process, the plugs are lifted independently to ensure cleaning of plugs and seats together with their corresponding pipe. Alfa Laval Unique Tank Outlet Mixproof valve

Meets the typical demands of a process valve in the food and drink industry. Suitable for products with solids.  Consists of one valve body, which is connected to either a tank flange or a stub flange with a clamp. The tank flange is welded directly into the tankand supplied with TÜV approval AD 2000 and inspection certificate 3.1 according to EN10204. Possible to be installed in a horizontal position. Cleaning of the plugs and seats are performed by means of seatlift during normal cleaning procedure.  Includes a balanced plug in the pipeline that protects against water hammering in the pipeline. Alfa Laval SMP-BC Mixproof

Simplified and cost effective solution with the advantages of the mixproof valves. In 2 versions, as a shut-off valve with 1 valve body or as a change-over valve with 3 valve bodies (sizes DN125-150 only as shut-off valve). Valve bodies and external actuator are clamped together.
