Product range

• Round tubes and pipes with an outside diameter of 6 to 219,10 mm and a wall thickness of 0,89 to 8,18 mm.
• Square tubes with a section of 10x10 to 120x120 mm and 1 to 6 mm thick.
• Rectangular tubes with a section of 20x10 and 180x60 mm and 1 to 6 mm thick.

Implementation

These tubes and pipes can be supplied in the austenitic stainless steel grades

• 304 (1.4301)
• 304L (1.4307)
• 321 (1.4541)
• 316 (1.4401)
• 316L (1.4404)
• 316Ti (1.4571)
• 430 (1.4016) - only for mechanical tubing – in the ferritic stainless steel grade

Seamless / welded

The manufacturing process can be either seamless or welded. Welding is carried out longitudinally with the TIG / Laser method and for mechanical tubes with the HF method. The welds are checked in-line with the Eddy Current test.

Specific lengths

The tubes and pipes are delivered in standard straight lengths of +/- 6 meters, although specific lengths from 4000mm to 12000mm can be manufactured upon request.

Certificates

All tubes and pipes can be supplied with a certificate according to EN10204.
